If we have a look at the times gone by, the Macintosh has hardly been infected by malicious program. The Mac machine has been efficient enough to stay firm and harsh against any malicious programs. The last real virus to come into view was identified in April 1994, when the Mac users across the world came across the INIT-29-B virus. In 1995, the users also came across a new type of malware program known as HyperCard HC-9507 virus which behaved strangely when the users used to open their Mac machines.
