Downtown Las Vegas is the citys core business district and was once its main gaming district as well, prior to the continuing development of The Strip. Downtown is part of a revitalization approach and is soon to be residence to Symphony Park, one of the largest urban redevelopments in the country. Currently being formulated by the City of Las Vegas, this 61-acre mixed-use urban population will be situated in the heart of Downtown. This most awaited community is home to some of Las Vegas’ biggest economic, cultural, and civic ventures, including a park of the same name, Symphony Park, the two-acre wide open space core. The $6 billion plan is also an eco-friendly development.
