Redline Monobelt Bike 2013Pure Bliss Single speed, hardtail bikes have long been the go to choice when it comes to selecting a bike for it’s simplicity. A bike with fewer moving parts equates to less maintenance, less noise, and less distraction. They are for those of us who want to simply get on a bike and ride. We want to think less and enjoy more. The Redline Monobelt bike takes this simplicity to it’s maximum level with the inclusion of the Gates Centertrack belt drive system. Remove the chain and metal cog, replace it with Nylon belt and you reduce noise to a nearly unnoticeable level. The level of interaction with the surroundings goes way up. Enjoy the purity of it. The foundation of the Redline Monobelt bike is it’s full chromoly frame with a gusseted headtube, slider dropouts and the 100mm Rockshock Reba RL Solo air fork. All we need on the wide 700mm bars are the Redline Flight flangeless lock-on grips and some brake levers for the Avid DB1 brakes. The Monobelt rolls on Alex XD Comp 29 inch wheels that are wrapped in a pair of 2. 2 WTB Bronson tires. 2 lbs (XL) Note: Components are subject to change without notice.
