This device is most effective on clean/dry skin with NO moisturizer in it (or water based moisturizer) under it. Frivolously dab an extremely thin layer to targeted areas; leave soaked on skin and continue to be expressionless for 2-3 minutes whilst product dries to reach dramatic results. (do NOT rub the product in. Leave it moist on skin) Use a fan or blow clothes dryer on cool to rate up drying.
